1980s vintage HATTiE CARNEGIE Jeweled Track Suit made of Silk. The jacket has a wonderful jeweled print——which were iconic in the 80s and 90s. It has some large faceted jewels sewn on in different areas on the jacket. The jacket zips up the front ; it has two side slash pockets and elastic waist band and cuffs. The pants are off-white silk with the jeweled print going down the outer side of each leg. The pants zip at the bottom and also has elastic at the ankles.
The set was been gently worn —I only see one tiny spot on the back of the pants near the back patch pocket. Not bad and mentioned for accuracy! The pants also have two side/pockets.
The set is an ivory color or an off-white it’s not a white white.
It could use a dry cleaning to freshen it up and to get out the wrinkles from storage.
Great designer tracksuit by an iconic fashion and jewelry designer.
