    Kyrgyzstan Scott #384 (x2), the overprinted and surcharged sheet with 2 blocks of four from 2011 featuring holographs of the Corsac Fox. Mint never hinged. The 2019 Scott Catalog value is .00 (.00 each block of four). See scans for condition - black spots that look like holes are from the scanner and not a stamp flaw.
