Very nice set of 3 '68 Plymouth caps. These have excellent paint and very bright stainless. One cap has a small nick on the back of the rim from removal and a small pin-prick sized outward ding on the middle of the body.
The others have light rub marks from handling or storage.  The first two caps look very much like NOS caps  - You can still see some of the factory draw marks on the finish and the paint has no weathering and clear stencil edges.
