Description
A fine example of a WW1 Prussian Pilot’s badge; The obverse bears a standard pilot's badge motive within a wreath, with laurel leaves toward the left side ofthe wreath, and oak leaves towards the right side of the wreath, separated by a bow on the bottom of the wreath, ordained by the Prussian crown at the top.
On the reverse is a breather hole which is directly below the catch; maker marked“C. E. Juncker, Berlin”, with a crescent moon, Imperial Crown, and “800” for silver content on the reverse
; measuring approx 1 13/16" x 2 13/16". Excellent piece to add to your military collection. Thanks for viewing my auction.
