The returned items will be subject to 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.

If the package is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail us the proof by photos of the broken package and the product. We will file a damage claim to shipping carrier and the refund will be issued upon the the carrier has confirmed and reimbursed the claim .

If the package is lost during shipping transit, we will claim the case with shipping carrier.
