Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item received does not match the item description. Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there is a problem. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received - including tags, labels, and packaging. Refunds will be refused if item is received in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling, and insurance charges. We will only pay for shipping on a returned item if the reason for the return was our fault.
