Rare Antique German WWI Commemorative 800 Silver & Enamel Iron Cross Ring
This stunning piece was hand made in Germany around the 1920s and features a pierced and enameled "iron cross" shaped center framed by oak leaf and acorn design on the upper shank. The enameled inside of the cross features a crown, the dates 1914 - 1915 (probably service dates) and the letter "W". Very good antique condition with some patina according to age that will go away with polishing if desired.
This great piece is a size 7, measures 1/2 wide (at the widest) and weighs 3.5 grams. Tested for at least 800 (80%) silver.
