    Soldier - Officer Lt. John R. Rudd
    CA. A, 9th Battalion, O.V.I
    These leggings belonged to Black Officer Lt. John R. Rudd - He would have owned and wore these leggings during his service in the Spanish / American War in 1898.
    Also provided will be research documents of Office Lt. John R. Rudd that we were able to come across.
    Measures - Right at 15 inches each legging. All original pieces on the leggings.
