Small Aluminum Fogger w/Glass Jar Unbranded Unique Looking Whats It Whatzit?

Description

Unique Glass & Aluminum Unit, which I think is a Fogger of some type.
The glass jar measures 3" x 5" and has a screw on aluminum top piece.
The top piece has a button push down and what looks like an air port.
Perhaps you hook an air line to it, fill it with powder, push the button, and....FOG!
I'm not sure exactly but if you know please let me know, thanks.
