Vintage Rigby Cloth Cutting Machine  W/Extra Cutter RC3
This is a great cloth cutting machine. It is a Rigby, and has an extra cutting wheel.
It has been used, and there is some paint loss on the metal parts.  There is also a little rust in a few places.
It is marked on the top of the cutting surface "Cloth Stripping Machine RIGBY South Portland Maine"
There is a second cutter with the stripping machine. It is marked as RC3. The blades are closer together than the cutter that is in the machine now.
